B2B - Partnership codes
A B2B partnership allows an organization to obtain an alphanumeric code known as a "partnership code". The organization can deliver this code to Leah users to gain access to the various products Leah offers.
The organization defines with Leah the products (Placement test, Speaking test, etc...) to which access will be granted, and delivers the code to the users. Users will maintain permissions to take exams as long as attempts are available or they remain linked to the partnership.
Definition of a partnership code
The partnership code is defined when the partnership is created. Partnership creation is performed by a Leah agent.
At the moment of creating the code, the organization can:
- Define the products to which users will have access. These products are the placement test and the speaking test. That is, a partnership code can grant access to the placement test, the speaking test, or both.
- Define the number of total attempts for each product. For example, a code will be available for 20 placement test or 30 speaking tests to be taken.
- Define the number of attempts per user for each product. For example, a partnership code will allow each user to take 1 placement test or 2 speaking tests.
Partnership code redemption
The organization must deliver the partnership code to registered Leah users. Users may redeem the partnership code during registration or in their profile on Leah Web.
The steps are defined as follows:
